Wow! Beautiful weather and a great crowd today at the race. Thank you to all who came out and helped with the race. Without you, this could never happen. Congrats to Lauren Johnson (Smithsburg MD) and Kyle Phillips (Waynesboro PA) for winning today. Several new age group records were set. I will get those up within the week.

Sorry it has taken me so long to get back to this. Lots of family things going on. But I will be mailing entry forms out to runners this week. (FINALLY) Same weekend as ever - 3rd Saturday in July (July 16th in fact). Same course as last year - start & finish in Veteran's Park. No Pride Days to work around this year. Hope to see lots of you out there!

Thank you to Coach White and all the helpers at today's race! It would have been a disaster without you. Also, thank you to the runners who came out on a hot, humid day and still ran well. Please let me know what you liked, disliked, what we should change, keep the same, or even add to the race to make it better. I will be posting pictures sometime next week, after I get back from visiting my oldest son in Ocean City. Be sure to check out TriStateRunnur.com for articles and pictures as well.
